In addition, Mr. Goldman has filed briefs in criminal cases in appellate courts, such as the United States Supreme Court. He has presented oral arguments before federal and state appellate courts, including several oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
